Cancellation & Weather Policy

We want your event to be a success — and safety is always our top priority.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • High Winds & Rain: We may cancel if winds exceed 15 mph or rain chances exceed 50%.
  • Safety Credits: If we cancel due to weather, your deposit becomes a credit for any future 2026 booking.
  • On-Site Safety: If lightning or sudden high winds occur, the inflatable must be evacuated and deflated immediately.

Standard Cancellation Policy

  • Non-Refundable Deposits: All rentals require a deposit ($55–$120 depending on the unit).
  • 14-Day Window: Cancelling for non-weather reasons within 14 days forfeits your deposit.

Optional: $25 Booking Protection

  • Any-Reason Cancellation: Cancel up to 24 hours before your event for any reason.
  • Full Refund: If purchased, your deposit is fully refundable.
  • No Protection: Without it, deposits remain non-refundable.

Before We Arrive: The Pre-Hop Checklist

1. Prepare the Setup Area

  • Lawn Clean-Up: Please pick up all pet waste, lawn toys, sticks, or sharp objects in the setup area. Our delivery crew cannot set up units on an un-cleared yard.
  • Pet Waste: Must be fully cleared — otherwise a $150 cleaning fee applies.
  • Underground Utilities: Mark sprinklers or invisible fences — our stakes go 18" deep.
  • Turn Off Sprinklers: Do not water your lawn or run automated sprinkler systems for 24 hours leading up to your booking. We need the grass firm and dry for anchoring!

2. Power/Water Requirements

  • Dedicated Outlet: Must be within 50-75 feet of setup.
  • Circuit Load: A 20-amp circuit is required. Do not share the circuit with high-power devices.
  • Water: A water spigot must be within 50 feet of the setup area. A hose can be provided if needed.

3. Space & Clearance

  • Dimensions: Ensure the area fits your unit’s footprint.
  • Vertical Clearance: Watch for low branches or power lines.

4. Payment & Contract

  • Remaining Balance: Due upon delivery.
  • Signature: An adult must sign the rental agreement.

Safety During Your Event

1. The “No Silly String / Confetti” Reminder

Silly String and confetti are strictly prohibited. Their chemicals permanently damage inflatables and result in a minimum $500 fee and possible full replacement costs.

2. Mandatory Adult Supervision

An Adult Must Be Present: An adult (18+) must be home at the time of delivery to sign the physical rental agreement, point out underground utility lines or sprinkler heads, and show us to the designated power outlet. There must be an adult present any time the unit is in use.

3. Practice Safe Hopping

An adult (18+ years of age) must actively monitor the inflatable unit at all times during the rental period. Flipping, roughhousing, wrestling, overloading, or packing older kids together with tiny toddlers is strictly prohibited to prevent injuries. No shoes, jewelry, or sharp objects. Absolutely no food or drinks.
