Absolutely. We are a fully insured LLC. We can provide a COI (Certificate of Insurance) for school, church, or corporate events upon request.
All of our standard rentals are for a 8 hour timeframe of non-stop fun! Setup, safety briefings, and teardown times are handled entirely on our own schedule and do not count against your 8 hours of play time.
Yes! We handle the heavy lifting. Delivery and professional setup are FREE within 25 miles of Livonia, NY, with low rates outside of that zone. We typically arrive 1 hour before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is fully inflated, inspected, and ready to go. Pickup begins promptly at the conclusion of your 8-hour rental window.
Nope, don't worry! We supply heavy-duty, commercial-grade extension cords safely rated for our blowers. We just need a dedicated standard outlet within 50 to 75 feet of your chosen setup area. A dedicated 20 amp circuit is required.
For safety reasons, clean, level grass is always the preferred surface for staking down our units. We can accommodate setups on clean concrete or asphalt using heavy-duty sandbags, but we *cannot* set up on rocks, gravel, or rough dirt because it damages the heavy vinyl.
We take cleanliness seriously. We provide specialized grass mats for ground cover right at the high-traffic gaps between the slides and the entrance. This protects your turf, prevents puddles, and keeps kids' feet clean and mud-free!

Yes, the commercial air blower must stay turned on and running for the entire duration of use. The continuous air flow keeps the unit structurally sound. The only time you should turn the blower off is during severe weather, heavy downpours, or winds exceeding 15 mph.
For just $25, you can cancel for any reason up to 24 hours before your party and get a full refund of your deposit.
No. Silly String and confetti cause permanent chemical damage to the vinyl. Their use will result in a minimum $500 cleaning fee or full replacement cost.
We install and configure the internal misting hoses attached directly to our water slides. A garden water hose needs to be connected to an active outdoor faucet that safely reaches the setup area. A hose can be provided if needed at no additional cost.
